There is also an underground storage tank that stores up to 10,000 gallons (18.93 m³) of filtered rainwater that we can pump into the pool as needed. We can also use this same clean rainwater to water our lawn and to supply our apartment complex if the city water main ever breaks. In addition, there is another underground drainage canal that carries excess rainwater into the main city drainage ditch. This apartment complex is flood-proof even in the worst typhoon.
CURRENT RENTAL RATES
Each luxury apartment was easily renting for $500 per month we a free motorbike before Covid. Our occupancy rate was 100% but then COVID arrived. Our rates were recently cut to $400 per month plus utilities and no free motorbike. Our previous tenants wanted to stay but they had to go home to take care of their families. We are now 80% occupied and will be 100% occupied as Christmas draws near.
